Park Jinyoung's rendezvous'in Manila: Secret meeting between you and me

Park Jinyoung enchanted his Filipino fans at his “Rendezvous” for Filipino Ahgase. There was no better way to end the love month other than to meet South Korea’s charming actor and singer, Park Jinyoung, last Feb. 26 at the New Frontier Theater.

Park Jinyoung’s Fanconcert in Manila was a perfect combination of charm and mind-blowing events. The show opened with Jinyoung’s sweet performance of Coming Home and Cotton Candy followed by segments meant to be up close and personal with his fans.

Jinyoung also made sure that the show would be packed with surprises and gifts for his fans. During the show, he chose five lucky winners to take a Polaroid photo with him, read messages written by fans, and finally celebrated the birthday of his fans whose birthdays fell on Feb. 26 by drawing a special message for them.

“I really want to thank you because you enjoyed my hugs and gifts,” said Jinyoung. “Actually, it’s the other way around. I’ve been touched by all your responses.”

As a powerful closing to the successful event, Jinyoung surprised everyone by performing GOT7’s hit songs. All fans wished that the night wouldn’t end as well as Jinyoung, who even extended his original set list with more than three songs. He also promised all his fans that he would return to the Philippines with exciting news and projects after his mandatory military service in South Korea.

Park Jinyoung starred in hit drama series such as When My Love Blooms, The Devil Judge, and Yumi’s Cells, and recently wowed his fans through his movie Christmas Carol. He’s also famed for being a member of South Korea’s globally renowned boy group GOT7, and a charismatic solo singer who recently released a heartwarming EP titled “Chapter 0: WITH.”

Recently, he just concluded his first solo fan concert tour around Asia with Manila as one of the stops.
